HISTORY
Pastor Allen Dixon, Jr. was born and raised in Terre Haute, Indiana. He was the oldest of 7brothers and 3 sisters. In the his early years he was raised in the A.M.E. Church until his mother was saved in Church of God in Christ Church .
He played 4 sports in High School and received All State Recognition in football and track. After graduation he started a summer job at General Motors to prepare for college intending to work for 2-3 months and retired 32 years later. While at General Motors he finished college majoring in safety management. Also while in college he was saved and filled with the Holy Ghost at 8th Ave. COGIC, Terre Haute, IN, which is now Saints Home COGIC under Pastor now Superintendent Mark J Blade. He married Carol Rouse and they raised 6 boys and 5 girls (in which 8 are professing to be saved), along with other family and a host of neighborhood children. Their children have made them very proud.
Due to his job he transferred to Mason Temple COGIC under Rueben Reed and later the late Pastor Lee Reed, Sr. During his time under Pastor Rueben Reed he was designated to drive the old blue school bus which later inspired him to start a business called Leisure Travel Bus Service. Pastor Dixon enjoyed catering to people from all walks of life.
Under the late Pastor Lee Reed, Sr. he was called to the ministry, which enhanced his burden to go to the streets and jail to spread the gospel. He has worked in the church in the prayer ministry, Sunday school, Bible Band Teacher, District Evangelist, Asst. State Evangelist, and now Pastor of Mason Temple COGIC. His most cherished accomplishments is he and his wife instilling Holiness teaching in their children, supporting all of the payer ministries, and staring the Outreach Team. He highly honors the teaching and standard set by the Saints of old and strives with the grace of God not to let that standard down. He gives a special thanks to God, his Parents, Brothers, and Sisters, Pastors, visiting Evangelists, Elders, Mothers, all the Saints and last but not least his wife and children for what he is today.

Affirmation of Faith
We believe the Bible to be the inspired and only infallible written Word of God. We believe that there is only One God, eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son and, God the Holy Spirit. We believe in the blessed Hope, which is the rapture of the Church of God, which is in Christ, at His return. We believe that the only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the precious Blood of Jesus Christ. We believe that regeneration by the Holy Ghost is absolutely essential for personal salvation. We believe that the redemptive work of Christ on the Cross provides healing for the human body in answer to believing prayer. We believe that the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, according to Acts 2:4, is given to believers who ask for it. We believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a holy and separated life in the present world. Aman.
